Library Orientation and Information Literacy Program:

Library Orientation Program conducted for the students/users at the beginning of the academic year and also, as per the requirement of the users. Through this program, an effort is made to familiarize every new member with the resources, services, facilities, etc., provided by the library.

Information Literacy Program is an ability to recognize when and what information is needed and the knowledge of how to define appropriate search strategies, determine relevant sources, locate, critically evaluate, and ethically use in all formats. The library is committed to developing an information literacy program to teach the library’s users to be knowledgeable and to effectively use information resources available in the library.
