Circulations:
The University encourages the use of the library for any academic, research, training and consultancy purpose. All the teachers, students, researchers and non-teaching staffs are entitled to get the library membership by submitting Library Membership Form. Anyone who intends to become a member has to complete all formalities. Visitors/outsiders are allowed with prior permission from the University Librarian by submitting an application mentioning the details such as name, address, affiliations, purpose of visit, phone no, & email id and ID Proof. The library has the right to terminate the membership at any time in case of any violation of rules & regulations of the University library. The circulation rules may not be applied to the members in case there is any sort of emergencies in the state.
The registered members have the privilege to borrow the following number of books for the stipulated periods as mentioned below.

Renewals/Reservations:
- Books can be renewed for another term of 15 days if there is no demand for them.
- The renewal must be done on or before the due date.
- A general shelf book can be renewed three times in a row, after which it must be returned to the library.
- Books must be returned on or before the due date failing which the borrower will have to pay the prescribed overdue charges.
- In case of Reservation for a particular book from a user, an issued book will be recalled and the borrower will have to return the book at the earliest.
Restricted Issues:
- All reference books and resources, including encyclopedia, handbooks, competitive examinations related documents, directories, dissertations/theses, project reports, single-copy books and special collections are available for consultation within the library and are not issuable.
Journal bound volumes, loose issues of journals and the latest available issues of magazines are to be referred within the library premises and are not available for issuing out.
